Use this form to opt out, or to ask us to delete your information or send you a copy of it. We respond within 45 days. Use the same email or phone number you gave us so we can find your records. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Already contacted by a contractor? Tell them directly to stop. Once your request is shared, each contractor controls its own copy.
